Commercial Pest Control
Restaurants, apartment buildings, warehouses and shops in Euclid need pest control that is scheduled, documented and discreet. We set up the service around how your property works, and keep the records an inspector will ask for.
Industries We Serve
Euclid's businesses run from the shops and restaurants along Euclid Avenue and Lake Shore Boulevard to the industrial corridor between St. Clair and Euclid Avenues, with apartment and condo buildings all through the city. We work with:
- Restaurants, bars, bakeries and other food businesses
- Apartment and condo buildings, and their management companies
- Warehouses, distribution and light industrial buildings
- Retail shops and strip centers
- Offices and medical offices
- Churches, clubs and community halls
Each one has its own pests. Kitchens fight German cockroaches, flies and mice; apartment buildings deal with pests moving between units; warehouses get rodents through dock doors and gaps in the walls; shops get ants and stinging insects at the entrance.
Service Plan Comparison
The right schedule depends on the business. A restaurant needs more than an office, and a building with a history of problems needs more than a new one. We agree the schedule with you after a walk-through.
| Plan | Visit Frequency | Documentation | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|
| One-time service | A single visit, with a follow-up if the problem does not clear up | A written record of what we found, what we applied and where | One specific problem: a wasp nest by the entrance, mice in a storeroom, ants in an office |
| Monthly service | Every month, on a set day | A report after every visit, a pest activity log and a map of every trap and bait station | Restaurants, bakeries and food businesses; buildings with steady pest pressure |
| Every-other-month or quarterly service | Every two or three months | A visit report each time, kept on file for the property | Offices, shops and warehouses with low pressure; apartment common areas |
Between visits, call us any time during working hours. Same-week appointments are standard, and emergency calls for rodents or stinging insects usually get a response within 24 hours.
Ready for a Health Inspection
Ohio's food code, like the federal model code it is based on, expects food businesses to keep insects and rodents out and to control them when they get in. When an inspector walks through, they look for live pests and droppings, gaps around doors and pipes, how food is stored, and evidence that pest control is being done regularly. Good records answer that last question before it is asked.
What our records cover
- The date of each visit and who did the work
- What we found, room by room: activity, droppings, entry points
- What was applied, where and how much
- Where every trap and bait station is, on a simple map
- What we recommend you fix: door sweeps, dock seals, drain cleaning, storage
The recommendations matter as much as the treatment. A gap under the back door or a floor drain that never gets cleaned will keep bringing pests in, whatever is applied. We point those out in plain words and check them again on the next visit.
Apartment and Multi-Unit Buildings
In a building with shared walls, cockroaches and mice do not respect unit numbers. Treating one apartment while the neighbors are left alone usually just moves the problem next door. For property managers we inspect the units around the problem unit, the trash rooms, the laundry and the basement, and give tenants a short preparation list before the visit, so the treatment works the first time.
We also look at the building itself: the gaps where pipes run between floors, the doors to the basement and the trash area, and the outside of the building where rodents get in. Sealing those protects every unit at once.
Where We Look
Commercial pests hide in the same places as at home, only more of them: cracks and hinges in kitchens, and the utility spaces under the building.
Commercial Service Questions
Can you service our restaurant before opening or after closing?
Usually, yes. Our working hours are Mon–Fri 6:00 am – 11:00 pm and Sat–Sun 9:00 am – 9:30 pm, so visits can be set early in the morning before the doors open or in the evening after the dinner rush. Tell us when your kitchen is quiet and we will plan around it.
We manage several buildings. Can you schedule them together?
Yes. We can plan the visits building by building on one schedule, keep the records separate for each address and send you what you need for each one. If one building has a problem between visits, call and we will deal with that address on its own.
Do you provide records for health inspections?
Yes. On a monthly plan, every visit leaves a report, and the activity log and device map are kept up to date, so you can show an inspector what was done and when. If an inspection is coming up, tell us and we will make sure the file is current.
What if we see pests between visits?
Call us. Emergency calls for rodents or stinging insects usually get a response within 24 hours. And if a problem we treated does not clear up, the follow-up visit is included.
