Request Service

Tell us what you are seeing and where. We call back during our working hours to set up a time, and same-week appointments are standard.

Active infestation? Call now

Mice or rats in the living space, or a wasp, hornet or yellowjacket nest by a door, a walkway or a play area: call (216) 405-2839 instead of sending the form. Emergency calls for rodents or stinging insects usually get a response within 24 hours. Until we get there, keep children and pets away from a nest, do not plug its entrance and do not spray it.

Only your name and phone number are required; the rest helps us come prepared. When you type your ZIP code, the form tells you right away whether the address is in our service area. You can also check it on the service area page.

Questions Before You Book

How soon will someone call me back?

We return requests during our working hours, Mon–Fri 6:00 am – 11:00 pm and Sat–Sun 9:00 am – 9:30 pm. A request sent late at night is answered when we open. If it cannot wait, call (216) 405-2839.

How soon can you come out?

Same-week appointments are standard. Emergency calls for rodents or stinging insects usually get a response within 24 hours: mice or rats in the living space, or a wasp, hornet or yellowjacket nest by a door, a walkway or a play area.

What happens during the inspection?

The technician asks what you have seen and where, then looks inside and out: the rooms where the pests show up, the basement or crawlspace, the attic if it matters, the foundation, the roofline and the yard. Then you hear what it is, where it comes from, what we recommend and what it costs, before anything is applied.

Do I need to be home?

For anything inside the house, yes, an adult needs to be there to let us in and go over the findings. Some outside work, such as a yard treatment or a wasp nest on the eaves, can be done while you are out, as long as we can get to the area and you have told us about pets and gates.

Can I send photos?

Please do. Email them to sales@bluestonepestcontrol.com with your name and phone number. A clear photo of the pest, the droppings or the damage often tells us what it is before we arrive.

Rather talk it through?

Call us during working hours and describe what you are seeing.
